Insurance Accepted
For new clients, please email us a photo or copy of your insurance card before your first appointment so we can verify coverage.
If your insurance is in-network, we will handle everything for you.
For out-of-network plans, we provide a Superbill so you can submit a claim yourself.
Insurance Applications in Process
We are currently in the process of credentialing with the following insurance providers: Premera, Aetna, Kaiser, United Healthcare. Once approved, these plans will be added to our accepted insurance list. Please check back soon or contact us if you have questions.
Even if we are in-network with an insurance provider, your specific plan may have limits on massage therapy coverage (e.g., visit limits, prior authorization, or referral requirements). As a courtesy, we will attempt to verify your benefits before your first appointment, but verification is not a guarantee of payment — your insurance company makes the final determination.
